Jeremy Webb returns as a Hal-Con moderator for his second year. In 2015, his Hal-Con career was cut dramatically short after a freak accident during the fundraising auction. Webb leapt from the stage to enthusiastically embrace a man who had been bidding high and often. Webb now knows not to leap from the stage to embrace the audience 48 hours after delicate, intricate and very personal surgery.

Webb is an actor and director from the UK, who started his professional career in a BBC hospital drama 'Casualty,' and a thriller about an alien take over called 'The Uninvited.' Since moving to Canada, Webb has been on stage a lot and appeared in many TV shows, commercials and films, including the classic 'Lexx.' Tom Baker first, then Peter Capaldi.
